Workout Number 2- Bye Bye Bird Chest
The second of the Hercules Workout Series to be released by The Rock was his chest routine.

1.) Incline Barbell Bench Press- 4 sets X 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
2.) Flat Bench Dumbbell Press 4 sets X 12
3.) Incline Hammer Strength Press (alternating arms, start with arms extended) 4 X 12
4.) Flat Bench DB Fly 3 X 12
5.) Cable Crossover Superset With Dips 3 X 15 Reps, Dips to Failure
The routine had our chests BURNING like crazy after the 3rd exercise. It's nice to follow a routine that is so simple but gets such amazing results. Good luck with your muscle gains!
